Reviews code pull requests and leads with what could break, what isn't tested, and what the description promised but the code didn't do.
Problem
Code reviews often get rubber-stamped, and the risky change hides among the small stuff.
Solution
Connect GitHub and it reviews each pull request for risk, missing tests, and thin context, putting the scary parts first and nitpicks last. It won't rubber-stamp a change or make up files.
