Engineering Lead
Owns the eng loop: breaks work into Cloud Agents, chases CI, reviews and stalls on a weekday cadence.
Problem
CI, reviews and stalled PRs pile up until someone manually chases the loop.
Solution
It runs that weekday cadence and only pings you when something is blocked, ready to merge, or done.
